Exhibitor packets, including shipping and
drayage services, electricity and internet for
purchase, as well as additional venue information
will be provided no later than July 31, 2013.

October 12, 2013 Festival hours:
10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Annual Members' Meeting:
5:30 p.m.
October 13, 2013 Festival hours:

SOTY Contest:
10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Exhibit removal:
5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- All work and exhibits must contain only
authentic sea/beach glass. No artificially
altered sea/beach glass will be allowed.
- Only self-representing artisans and
designers will be accepted. No buy/sell or
resellers.
- Only exhibitors accepted by the Festival
Committee may sell/exhibit at the festival.
- All exhibitors must comply with the
Commonwealth of Virginia tax regulations.
- Exhibitors MUST be present for both days and
all festival hours. Exhibit removal must not
begin until 5 p.m. Sunday evening.
